Cherry Hill Chocolates will never ask for credit card details, other than to process an order, and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on the Cherry Hill Chocolates website, other than during the checkout process where specifically requested to do so. Details connected with orders will be kept for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to for accounting audit purposes.
Quotations will be kept for a maximum of 3 years so that reference may be made to them should a customer wish to discuss them.
