Cherry Hill Chocolates Delivery Information

The following are Cherry Hill Chocolates ("we", "us") standard postage and packaging estimated timescales and prices for delivery within Great Britain. Whilst we will always endeavour to pack and dispatch your order as fast as possible (and usually the same day), delivery timings may be longer during particularly busy periods such as Christmas and Easter. Prices are fixed regardless of the size of order and are for delivery to a single specified address;

• Click & Collect from Cherry Hill Chocolates, 28a High St, Ely: FREE
• Click it Local (next day local delivery in Ely and within the catchment area) £3 plus £1 for each additional delivery address when ordering through their site. Please refer to Click it Local own delivery information and terms and conditions when ordering through their website.
• Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) £3.95
• Express Delivery (1-2 business days) £7.95

Orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday (i.e. not weekends or English public holidays) and we aim to dispatch the same day. Otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day and arrive within the timeframes stated above from that dispatch date. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you by phone or email to advise delivery time or offer an alternative product.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a Thursday after 12 noon for next working day delivery will NOT be dispatched until the following Monday.

Click and Collect – Orders which are to be collected from the shop in person will be available 24 hours after your order has been successfully placed, or the next business day. Same day collection may be possible but only by arrangement via email and when confirmed by us.

Next working day delivery is NOT available for delivery in the Scottish Highlands or any off-shore postcodes in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.

Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail, unless stated by us, and have a high chance of being delivered the next working day with a usual maximum time of three to five working days. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then a calling card will be left to collect the chocolates from your local Royal Mail sorting office. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or UK public holidays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct contact details, billing information and dispatch address. In the event that an order does not reach its destination on time or at all due to an error in these details submitted with the order, Cherry Hill Chocolates will not be held liable for any loss to the customer. In the event that an order is returned by Royal Mail, Cherry Hill Chocolates will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. The customer may be required to pay additional postage costs for this to be completed.

Due to the delicate nature of chocolate products, we reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of hot weather where average temperatures exceed 21° Celsius. In this instance, we will notify you by email. If the delay is unacceptable, a full refund will be made.

As we rely on a third party for all our deliveries we therefore are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Occasionally, during busy periods, there can be delays which are beyond our control but we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of.
